2. Product Information

We do our utmost to describe products correctly and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on the display screen. Typographical or pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from these.

3. Ordering and Payment

4. Processing and Delivery

Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping takes place directly from our supplier in China; customs duties and charges may apply.
Stated timeframes are indicative; delays due to high volumes, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

See our separate returns policy for all conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be opened before the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the specified address. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant item. Always check your address details carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via hello@elodielondon.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. When submitting complaints about size or quality, always include clear photos and a description.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Elodie London is established, unless mandatory statutory law dictates otherwise.
