At Elodie London we offer various payment methods. Please note: the available methods may vary by country. Customers must check for themselves which options are available for them.

We work with the following payment providers and methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

2. Security

All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection by our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers.

3. Payment processing

Orders are only taken into processing after the payment has been successfully and fully completed.

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (for example, after an approved return), the amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned item via the original payment method.
