We're a small team, and we're growing.
Elodie London started five years ago as one shop and one idea. Today it's a small brand with a community of women behind it, and we're looking for two people to help us look after them as we grow.
We care more about the person than the CV. If you're warm, reliable and genuinely care about doing things properly, read on.
Customer Service
You'll often be the first person our customers speak to, so this role matters. You'll answer questions about orders, shipping, products and returns, and you'll do it in a way that feels like a person, not a script. Calm, kind and quick to solve a problem.
You'll be good at this if you:
- Write clearly and warmly
- Stay patient when someone's frustrated
- Like solving problems rather than passing them on
- Care about the small details

Location: On-site, London
Position: Full time
Supply Chain Manager
As we grow, getting the right stock to the right place at the right time is what keeps everything running. You'll manage suppliers, stock levels, and deliveries, and make sure our customers get their orders on time without us over ordering or running short.
You'll be good at this if you:
- Have managed suppliers or stock before
- Are organised and calm under pressure
- Can spot a problem before it becomes one
- Are happy in a small team where you own your area
